There is no reward for being good a pve either. PVE is incredibly easy. Crota HM is incredibly easy. Each person has his likes and dislikes. Your comment is unhelpful

Unhelpful but true. Getting to 32 makes you get out of your praying on the weak mode and communicate and help people. I know that makes you cringe but it's true. But I forgot America is and individualistic society. "I" this "I" that "look at my" this and "my" that. What those of us who like to help people could care less about ANYONES k/d. Bungie could care less too since they put leveling emphasis on pve

I would argue that Iron Banner and the gear you can buy after leveling makes PvP somewhat worthwhile, though I agree there's no comparing the Crucible to a CoD or Halo where PvP is the sole focus and players have an abundance of game types, maps etc.
