I use it, never one shotted someone from full health and never been one shotted by it when I was at full health, I have a fair amount of crucible played. Thanks

If you take a closer look it wasn't. But anyways im just letting you know my experience while playing against a warlock and axion. And with the exotic chest that spawns 1 extra axion pretty sure it can kill someone at full health.

So could two pulse grenades with armamentarium, what's your point, two grenades should definitely kill someone

You didn't specify the enhanced axion bolt perk so you could have been talking about any part of the armour. Point was too vague, learn to write.
