Hey, there. Let me attempt to clear some things up here.
Xur is randomized. There are times when we can pull off miracles like making him stay in the Tower longer when Christmas is cancelled, but his inventory is governed by the same chaos that influences all the loot drops.
Comments in that video about "the plan" were more about the fact that we know what he's selling before he appears, even if we can't reach out and stock his shelves ourselves. We set him in motion, and his will is not his own.
Also in that video, you can hear me confessing that I'm not always in the loop when it comes to these things, so you should take pre-game lobby comments among friends with a grain of salt. That video was from months ago, and I was still learning the intricacies of all the new systems that we launched with the game.
These conspiracy theories are symptoms of a burning desire. Gjallarhorn is the most popular ask that comes my way. I know you want it, even more than the collective requests for more vault space. As you can see, these are things that are beyond my control. I don't have one either.
I'll do my best to talk to the people who create the code that drives Xur, and see if we can make him more valuable to you in the future.

I know I've see the stats... Why does it matter or not if he plays I'm pretty most game makers don't play their own game or at least announced to everyone their stats? Does it matter how long he's played I mean he should know everything anyways he works for the company

Your quest has failed? Or did a request for xur to be useful piss off your xur team and make them turn off heavy . ? I ask only because people care. I have unreleased glitch s or .spots that can be used to obtain 25k + in less the 40 mins . I don't seek fame but people need heavy and they don't need they're actual life time wasted . I'm sure you'd agree. If you stayed up every Friday till 3 am for xur. ........

I do wonder something though. If you say you don't know these things or you are not in the loop, then why make the statement in the first place? If you are in the dark, and you are the person the community listens to, making these type of bold statements that sound like fact... well... make you a bad community leader (in that instance). You must know that whatever you say whether in a pregame lobby or news article, is going to be picked apart by fans.

I wouldn't call it 'harassing' as I can't see anyone being aggressive or intimidating - if so then they're obviously wrong. All we're doing is expressing our opinion and telling him how we feel. He's the 'community manager', it's his job to know that and relay it back.

You wouldn't have seen any threats from me. As I say, if others post threats then they're wrong in doing so. But there's nothing wrong in us expressing how we feel about the game to the community manager, nor is there anything wrong in us expressing our opinion on how he's acted

[/quote] I've dealt with enough lawyers and been through enough depositions to be able to read between the lines of what people say to tell the truth yet cover something up at the same time. Xur is randomized can be a true statement if nine people each pick one exotic from a list and the highest votes determines what is sold. The specific mechanics of how they do the selection we can only speculate about. But they can still make Xur "random" and make the statement true. His inventory is governed by the same chaos that governs all the loot drops can simply mean that those who pick Xur's inventory is the same team that created the loot tables. Would that be so far fetched to think that those who created the RNG system are also the same ones that pick Xur's inventory weekly?

Not a conspiracy theory. Simply stating what could be Deej "telling the truth". It doesn't matter to me one way or another.
