Highest levels:
Do more Damage with the Relic
Take less damage
Can easily wipe the entire group of hob goblins in the past
3 rams drops minotaur in future, 1 drops each goblin.
Sorry to say it but now there is no reason to have anyone under level 29 in hardmode VoG because there is no excuse for that.

Once you get past level 30 there's no extra damage boost. It only deducts as you go down. However you can take more damage
