How do your grenades recharge?
I wonder that every time I look at my titans exotic chest piece that has two grenades on it.

Because the ghost stores these items along with our ammo & generates them for us. IIRC, it's in the lore. Remember that glimmer is comprised of programmable material. & that's what gives it value as currency... programmable being the operative word. The items we use in destiny are essentially modular & morphable.
