I got hit by Crotas shots and boomers at the exact same time as we were running back from killing ogres yesterday. It would've helped to have self rez on at that time so we could have 6 for OS/taking down Crota on final sword. But they beat it anyways about 60 seconds after. It just depends on how that certain run goes as a few times I saved people by using radiant skin and literally taking a boomer shot to the face for them, or getting their abilities up faster with song of flame. If you still used your super to create orbs and such in certain situations, self Rez can be the smart choice to have enabled.

You should've popped skin and then ran.

It was all clear and we were running back to the middle. I had full health + over shield from blessing of light. I got like quadruple hit, literally one second full health the next I was dead. The others in my group said they had like 0 health remaining. It was unlucky but it didn't matter at that point since we had already cleared ogres.

of course there SHOULDNT be an OS but shit happens ive died self res and then killed crota had i not had self res i wouldnt have killed him

Shit happens but be prepared, dying messes up the rotation.

it does mess it up everytime we have beat crota on hard nobody has died
