Yes, but they went too far. Theres other ways to make new players catch up to certain items/armour, they've chosen the worse possible one.

So you complain about xur but dont think to mention the fact there are 31/32s out there who never did the vog. Now thats something you can actually moan about instead of xur

Day 1 people had the exact same choice from xur so I don't know why you want new adopters not to have the same choice. I'm sure there are many people who got this game after me with characters on 32 and good for them but to hold them back in some way because they weren't here in September is going too far.
