90% of the players base are casual players the other 10% are hardcore so that's yu. So xur is there for the 90% the other 10% don't have to buy anything from him it's just an option.

10% are getting complete ignored, that's the problem with this game and most others.

I'm just stating the facts gaming companies are always going to go where the money is. They make to many broken games or gut out games just to make more money. There aren't many game companies who put out games for the stories they want to immerse us in. They prefer cash grab instead
