I don't get it.... Xur was here for us when we were low lvl... Heck he even gave icebreaker and gjallarhorn already when we were noobs. So why take that away from the other noobs now that your all set? Besides there is no earning in this game... It's either your lucky or you ain't.

Because he's an elitist. He only really cares about feeling important with his cool exotics, yet wouldn't stand a chance at getting really rare gear in a true MMO.
