Easy. I did the nightfall, solo'd most of it, got strange coins at the end. Those strange coins should up in a spot that should have been my icebreaker. But then in addition I had to do the weekly heroic to make up the difference and trade in those strange coins that should have been my icebreaker for an icebreaker. So technically I had to do more activity to get an icebreaker than say someone who got it from doing just the nightfall. Funny how that works. Not a stab at you by the way, just a little anecdote to "earning" stuff in an RNG game.
