Even if you know how if you are 29 in the hard vault raid you do way less damage. Nowadays it doesn't matter that much because we can be 30+. Same with crota. I had a 29 last night who wanted to be our swordbearer. It just wasn't going to happen I said sorry but you just won't do enough damage. Really it has nothing to do with how much skill you have.
