PVE and PVP have nothing to do with each other skill wise, 31 and 32 are basically the same thing so I don't even know what you're talking about???? The only reason you need 32 is for hard mode otherwise it's completely useless!

I did read it and I said 31 and 32 doesn't matter, anywhere except the hard mode raid, meaning the iron banner as well, I should have specified that part didn't know people like you would get confused sorry :/
