Learn to use tactics. Granted I have some pretty powerful guns, but I was using a LEVEL 27 Titan in IB, and managed to win a lot of my games against 32s. I was using a maxed Thorn and a Shotgun with Hammer Forged and Shot Package. I was also a Defender, which is amazingly useful in Control. It did take one extra shot to kill 32s. What amazes me is how bad a lot of them are. Sure tells you something about cheesers...

No, I got it from leveling my Crucible Rank. It's Two to the Morgue with different perks than the Vendor has. I have yet to see if it would have longer range.
