So a casual usually has
A job
A gf or wife
Family
Friends
Outdoor activities
Sex
Clubbing
You still wonder why hard-core gamers hate casuals?

I find ironic how you got upset about the post, upset enough to look into my stats ;) I never said I was a casual but using that word as an insult is stupid and ignorant, which was originally the point of this post :)
-
Do you know what Ironic means? You were attempting to insult hardcore players, inadvertently not knowing you are one. I found it funny and worth the 2 second look up to see if you where an actual casual player, you weren't so I commented. I got a laugh out of it and made you look like an idiot.
-
Lol whatever you say man ;)
-
But really, do you know what the definition of Ironic is? Because this is how you used it in a sentence...
I find ironic how you got upset about the post, upset enough to look into my stats ;)
Does this make sense to you or are you just being a parrot?
-
Edited by D.Warlock13: 1/11/2015 8:31:36 PMLol so you think insulting me will make you look cool and clever? Whatever you say man, if it makes you happy, be my guest ;) muack <3 Someone got jumpy lol
-
Wrong assertion again, which isn't to far off to what I was expected. You just dodged my question, I am merely wondering what are the motives for what you say and do? I asked a simple question, one you failed to answer, I am fine with it. Because quite frankly I knew you would. So, was my claim to you being an idiot wrong? Nope, that was dead on my friend.
-
Alrighty :p TL;DR
-
TL;DR
Now this I find even more funny, you are a basket full of hilarity aren't you. You just said a friggin paragraph was to long to read. Which also is ironic considering what I stated in that paragraph, you aren't a quick thinker are you?
-
He never said if he was a casual or hardcore player. You look like an ass who couldn't take a joke.
-
Who are you? and why do you feel it appropriate to butt into the end of a conversation?
-
It's a forum, a PUBLIC forum. It is not a conversation. I'm just a guy who read you getting all butthurt over a small joke.
-
Hmm, let's see. Let's say you see two people talking in PUBLIC at like a movie theatre or something, do you feel like it is appropriate to walk up and start a conversation with them? You replied to the end of a conversation, not my initial post. So please, next time have some manners and reply to my intial post meaning this one...
You have 16 days on this game, 384 hours in 4 months, that isn't casual. So your whole post is ironic.
Would have been much more contextual and not as creepy.
-
A public space does not equal a public forum your analogy doesn't make sense.
-
They are one and the same friend, feel free to try and prove me wrong. You can't Here is the definition good lad "a place, meeting, or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged."
-
We have private messaging if you want an actual conversation. All I'm reading is "waaahhhh, someone doesn't agree". A forum is a place for people to talk, a lot different than a random place in public. Horrible logic is horrible. Quit while you're ahead.
-
"waaahhhh, someone doesn't agree"
I would recommend getting some basic elementary education for reading comprehension if that was honestly what you got out of my posts.
A forum is a place for people to talk, a lot different than a random place in public
Yes, I agree. You don't understand what a forum is, and you honestly think basic rules of conversation don't apply here.
random place in public
This would classify as a forum, just to show how you contradicted yourself one sentence.
-
You didn't make any point. So of course that is all I got out of it. YOU assumed he was ripping on someone and posted replies to try and save face, but you're failing there. YOU couldn't take a joke, that's your fault. The whole part of a forum counting as a public place therefore having rules of conversation is severely misguided. It is something intended for conversation. It has a purpose. The purpose of other public places is not for open conversation. There lies the difference. I did not contradict myself at all.
-
Edited by Saint Genji: 1/11/2015 9:43:40 PMAlright, read the initial post again. There are pretty obvious implications made in that claim. For my amusement, I looked at his profile. It is through this means I found out his own post was insulting himself. Which I found Ironic, hence why I posted. This flew over your head, like it always does in the good'ol bungie forums. What is a forum? "a place, meeting, or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged." So by definition, you contradicted yourself. Because you thought that the same things that can be achieved in an internet forum can't be achieved in any other public space aka a forum, my example being a movie theatre. This is completely and totally wrong, or are you one of these individuals that think the world started with the internet?
-
A movie theatre doesn't have the purpose of public conversation though, like a forum does. I'm aware of the implications you made. Implications alone do not make a point or prove it. You assumed it to be an insult to players when it is merely a joke.
