Ok - will start off by saying I thought "[i]here we go again[/i]" .... but then found an old game of yours in [url=http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:4s5NIf7XQeoJ:www.destinydb.com/guardians/playstation/2305843009221142238-new-0101&hl=en&gl=au&strip=1]google cache[/url] (about 28% down the page, dated Oct 8, 2014), and I have added an image copy above in case the cache image gets refreshed.
What this at least shows is that you played with a level 11 titan some 3 months ago.

and sadly your game play history has gone (as well as your character)
Bound to be some other history out there ... problem will get getting bungie to listen, and then to act.
You are not the first to lose game data, and for bungie to put this down as some "hacking" attempt is not helpful.

Given their comment about your password it sounds like they are saying your account may have been hacked, but the question with this is why would someone also delete your game history data ... why would they delete all your data ... the is no gain in that. The more likely answer is that it has been lost, or unlinked from your profile within the bungie servers. Keep pushing bungie, plu there are others which have seen the same thing ... perhaps contact them and approach bungie as a group.

Sadly they will not answer. You can try sending messages directly to the help forum mods (click on their name and then use the "message" option). ... OR Keep making posts until you get an answer ... even gather support from others who have lost characters ... OR Bungie also have a twitter account ... keep posting requests there as well. Sadly though bungie do not care ... they have already said that you are lying and not to be believed ... they also ignore the proof of past game history. Return the game for a full refund ... or keep playing and await the character being lost again.

can i see my history game ? batter then what are in links ? i want to if it hacked or someone tried to sign in with my account

The same thing just happened to me lost my 11 warlock and my 29 hunter that had all my good guns and materials on it luckily I got left my original 31 Titan I guess
