heeeeeeelppp meee !!!

my all characters gone !! go to my profile i and what i'm now !!!! titan with level one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i you thinking i'm a new or beginner how i got all these GRIMOIRE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my all characters Disappear !!!! and i have video showing my real level how it could be !!!! go to my profile and see and also when i tried to play with titan lvl 1 in the first mission i used defender and its clearly work !! how it that ?? we all know that we can not use the another Ability without crossing lvl 15 and i can chose the second Ability with my titan lvl 1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hh the good thing that my gilimars din't Disappear with my characters fffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

Why doesn't the OP get to mark what he considers an "Answer" rather than this being imposed? Why cant bungie explain how the entire game history has also "disappeared" ??? Game history which I provided examples of. Even if someone "hacked" his account is bungie saying that we can also delete our own history? Characters I accept, but the history of actual games played ... sounds like in either situation bungie has some serious problems which it is trying to avoid actually answering.

    • This is just another example of Bungie's poor customer service. My nephew lost a car in GTAO during the week, I was playing with him at the time, and he put it in his garage and it disappeared. Clearly this was some kind of glitch with the game so he went to the Rockstar forums and posted a topic. Rockstar replied within a few hours and apologised for the issue. They credited his ingame bank account with $750,000 (the value of the car) and that was that, case closed, everyone was happy and the missing item was replaced. Why is it that Bungie are unable or unwilling to help their customers? If a player deletes their own character or gear through their own foolishness then yes, I agree that they shouldn't get their stuff back. But why is it that Bungie just won't engage with their customers and work to rectify problems that are not of their doing?

    • Ok - will start off by saying I thought "[i]here we go again[/i]" .... but then found an old game of yours in [url=http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:4s5NIf7XQeoJ:www.destinydb.com/guardians/playstation/2305843009221142238-new-0101&hl=en&gl=au&strip=1]google cache[/url] (about 28% down the page, dated Oct 8, 2014), and I have added an image copy above in case the cache image gets refreshed. What this at least shows is that you played with a level 11 titan some 3 months ago. Pulled the game stats down for your account; [i]http://www.bungie.net/Platform/Destiny/SearchDestinyPlayer/2/UAE-BOY711 http://www.bungie.net/Platform/Destiny/2/Account/4611686018438636574[/i] and sadly your game play history has gone (as well as your character) Bound to be some other history out there ... problem will get getting bungie to listen, and then to act. You are not the first to lose game data, and for bungie to put this down as some "hacking" attempt is not helpful.
