I've seen how difficult military life can be on a family, especially once kids are involved. Having to constantly relocate and attend new schools and find new friends. Never knowing if your dad is going to make it home from his tour, going a long time without seeing him. Kids shouldn't have to go through that. If you are going to join the military, join, do your service, then start a family.
