If you want to stay with her, don't join. If advancing your life personally is more important to you, join. Military relationships are difficult especially if one party is already not up for it, I'm in the Navy and it's painful to be in a relationship and be deployed for 6 months at a time even when both people are trying to make it work. If she's giving you and ultimatum then you've got a choice to make.
