Well sorry. When I'm leveling a char I naturally can't compete because I don't have top tier gear or weapons. But I need the xp and bounty completions. Any other time I'm just doing what I deal to be easy bounties to level up gear. Some games I do great and am quite positive, some I go down to your poor performance dead weight mark. And I don't care what you think. If it's that serious you have a couple options but only really one. First you can leave the game. Or you can only play with your other [xXxxMLGpro420xXxx] buddies in a full team and this is never an issue.

Or you could be courteous and level up in rumble or pve and not drag down your 5 teammates selfishly...

When you've done all the bounties for the day and finished the campaign crucible is the only place left for real xp gains. If rumble has the daily XP bonus I'll play it. If not I'll do which ever one has it. It's not that serious.
