I did the waken in mission on the moon. First off don't pick up the materials right aways. (If you're doing the urn bounty) Just separate one from the group and shoot him to less than half health. Wakening mission is really good for this coz it spawns swarm after swarm after swarm of thrall at you. Got it done in one run of that mission.
