How do you kill cursed thralls with your melee attack?
There doesn't seem to be a way to do it without dying.

The chamber of night story mission. They come on at a time with no other enemies around. If your a warlock, hang back a bit and catch them with the edge of your shockwave thing. Throwing knife is pretty straight forward. Defender titans use ward of dawn and go nuts when they walk inside. Bladedancer a and striker titans have the toughest time with this, but just make sure your full health, they are within one shot kill and avoid other enemies until you can heal again.

1 ReplyThe key is to not pick up the little item drops. So kill the cursed thrall. But don't pick up the drop. That way if you die no loss. I did this quest on patrol on cosmodrome. Go into the building in the way to skywatch. The room where the hive are and it's dark. Kill the thrall crying the corner that spawns the blade of Crota. Kill everything but the cursed thrall from the doorway with the stairs where you enter. Then kill the thrall one at a time. If you don't get them all the first time. Go out, wait for re spawn. The item drops will stay there. Once you have enough on the ground. Pick them all up.

If you can somehow hit then from behind they don't explode... just a heads up

One at a time. They leave your health with a sliver. There is a mission walk through on youtube of how to do It.

4 RepliesIf you're a warlock use Sunsinger class with flame shield, if you're titan use defender class and get force barrier, Hunter use gunslinger and use throwing knives. Go to chamber of night or the wakening mission and get them 1v1.

Blink? throwing knife? scorch melee? supression nade?

Max your armor, do the wakening. There is a room near the end with a shrieked and 10 cursed thralls. Melee one with your armor full and it will bring you to blinking, back up until you heal and then attack one more. You can do that five times easy

Go to the moon make sure there are not multiple curse in area shoot one in back in the arm will slow him down if there is. Then go up and melee run back heal up repeat till finish

Jab and feint, Jab and feint. Left hook, uppercut.

Bump your armour stat as high as you possibly can and take them on one ata time. This is coming from a Hunter by the way.

Very carefully.... Also there is a bounty from Eris that is exactly this..but you can't die or you get penalized....gotta bulk up your physique mane.

Go to wakening mission then you'll come to a section with a shreaker, run in melee a cursed thrall and die. When you respawn you'll see the item to pick up from the corpse (don't pick it up) do this 5 times then pick up all the drops to complete the bounty

Pew pew them then smack em Actually I used suppression grenades cause it stops the splosion

Go to the chamber of night, put it on lvl 6, just punch the thrall and move back, do not pick up the quest items untill you see 5 on the ground. This way you can die as many as you want.

Ranged warlock Melee that gives you a shield... But for my Hunter I just used blink strike with fast twitch (you have it every 4 seconds) and just ran away after. If you do the Chamber of Night, you can kill the thralls 1 by 1 without picking up the drop and then just pick them all up when there are 5 on the ground. Good luck!
