I picked them up to try them out - so far I have been disappointed. I was really hoping to see a massive amount of heavy ammo everywhere in PVE...that perk is what really made the armor exotic for me....so far I have not notice a difference in drop rate, to be completely honest.
It's really hard to replace Saint-14 helm or the Helm of Inmost Light....both exotics kick major ass for the Titan.
