I'm seriously disappointed as well. "The Devil You Know " is my favorite hand cannon. To see "The Devil You Don't " in the vendor with what appears to be useless perks really stings. The other guns seemed paltry as well in the perk-stat dept...

I know dude. How poor looking is tha hand cannon. I have TDYK on a l 3 chars and love it..., I am pretty lucky I have 2 hawkmoons and a last word to use instead. I think exotics are the only way to keep your weapons these days....they just reset and increase rather than having to buy again. I am a bit stung.
