Do you realize that perks are randomly assigned to legendaries and change every few weeks? Also any perks from dropped weapons will be different. Perks only become permanent after adding the weapon to your inventory.

Actually no, I have posted this MANY MANY MANY times asking, and also checked other data bases. If you felt it did, it was because the phone APP used to show incorrect perks vs what it was in-game. This was also for the old tower map icon using the web browser. They have since then removed seeing weapon perks on apps. Maybe trying to fix it? But if they do now, I guess they added it. But if you have solid proof that they change, please let me know. Because I wish this were true. For example, I have checked every day since release of my vanquisher VIII (old one). and the perks are EXACTLY the same there was a thread about this too.

Edited by Mr. Based & Watch: 12/12/2014 5:43:13 AMCheck my LDR 5001 sniper on my profile it has solar damage the one in the tower has arc damage. I can verify that the app displays the correct perks. Also the changes I noticed are in-game not over the app.

did you get ur weapon from an engram or vendor? because engrams i know is randomized. i meant perks used to exist in apps for vendors as well. on the tower map. but it has been removed, and also had incorrect perks as well for vendors. the vendors also do not have timers to show stock change (factions) that is again, if this is somehow changed in dlc
