How do I unsubscribe from Bungie.net promotional emails?
I keep getting the advertisement email trying to sell me the season pass. I tried replying twice to the email with "unsubscribe" in the subject line, but I'm still getting spammed/hammed from Bungie. I tried clicking the unsubscribe link in the mail, but I get this error "An error has occurred and has been logged by our system. Thank you." I don't want to delete my bungie account, but I don't want them to keep trying to sell me stuff. Short of deleting my bungie account, how do I unsubscribe from these promotional emails?

4 RepliesYou should be able to go to your Account Settings to Notifications and Emails and uncheck the various boxes which correspond to getting advertisements about things. I'm not a Bungie Employee, but thanks for reporting the error you got, hopefully someone from the web team can look into why that is happening.
