Your self example is flawed. I am a level 30 titan and i have played with level 29s. However, if i saw a level 29 titan with a helm of inmost light on i would NOT let them join. If u are wearing that helmet you must be a striker, and strikers are useless . What are you going to do? Slam a supplicant?

Flash bangs friend.. they cause supplicants and minotaurs to wander aimlessly for what feels like an eternity.
