I didn't particularly enjoy the full auto that TLW has. Just my preference.

I didn't at first, but love it now for full auto precision damage. If you can keep the crosshairs in the same spot it's great.

Does the second perk help that much? I haven't unlocked that yet.

It's more about stick control when shooting. If you can match your stick movement with the recoil, it works great.
