Ice Breaker is a sniper...
Edit: I edited it because you seem to not understand it. A laser ist not a sniper and not a fusion rifle ;) Google it

My comparison was a loose one, based on the grounds of the "regenerating ammo" and "over-penetration". Either way, I'd REALLY like to see this weapon appear in "the game".
