Yes unfortunately it is necessary. Desticle won´t get the difference between the genres anyway but pointing out the huge lackluster this game is has become inevitable. So comparing Destiny to Skyrim is actually to find relations in matter of "size".

I thought that was clear by my very argumentation? Have you seen how many outright hilarious compares are on this board? So what i intended to stress was that this comparison won´t reach the average Desticle. Sorry if i missed that out i´m not a native. :)

This game has rpg elements, that doesn't necessarily mean it is a rpg by any means. You shoot things, defend stuff and repeat.
