Yeah. no. Not at all. The side quests in Skyrim may be "OMG CUTSCENERIFIC", but they also have unique NPC's as part of the quest, which Destiny does not have. Also, there is absolutely no way that Destiny is bigger than Skyrim. In Skyrim, you can go to all the Holds, the interiors within, to the top of the Throat Of The World, to the depths of the Dwarven Ruins and into all the caves in-between.
