Random teleporting can actuality be a GOOD thing. Here's why: At some point, everyone will need to learn how to do each job at least well enough to get through one round of teleportation. This leads to each individual player being more well rounded overall. Better individual players means better overall team strength. If everyone that does the raid gets experience in each part of it that means it would be easier and less of a pain for everyone in the event that Bungie adds... Matchmaking. I believe it was on the Guardian Radio podcast I first heard this point made. If the exploits are taken out and everyone has experience with each role, Matchmaking becomes a much more viable option.
