^I have to second this. I got the Dragon last night as a drop and I adore four-shotting people. I picked up the Regime too, because completionism, and its true that its ridiculous. As OP as it is though, the feel of the scout rifle (or handcannon) when you give that final trigger-squeeze to off someone is so much better than the "hold the button till they die" sensation of the Regime or any auto-rifle. Even with a second chance to pick up the Regime I still feel it'll back off as people get bored and try new things.
