I use VoC and I've rekt Suros Regime daily. It will tie any gun fight against the suros. I agree Suros is far better than any other AR in the game, but Vision of Confluence is amazing. Bungie is trying hard to balance out all the other types of guns, some exotics are just far too powerful tho. I have the Suros (2 actually) I've yet to ever use it tho.
