Because Bungie need to match players ability better. I'm new to Cruible, and like so many others, suck at it. Which I really don't want to. So the only option is to keep trying. But you're right, we only succeed in pulling down the team scores. Also, the Crucible bounties don't help crucible players either, as there are now players in the matches who aren't there to accomplish what the rest of the team are; to win the match. Go figure! So I do see where you're coming from. Two points; I'm not sure some of the Crucible bounties are conducive to the reason you're in Crucible, and players skills need to be much better matched. Same goes for Strikes too. Just matching same levels isn't enough. I'm afraid to say, it's yet again, it's another poorly judged implementation.
