I am very skilled with hand cannons since it's all I ever use and I still say the Thorn is weak. Your basically nerfing yourself for using the weapon in comparison to legendary hand cannons like The Devil You Know.
The weapon is just littered with issues. A small magazine with no fast reload speed to make up for it. The same goes vice versa.

You are not nerfing yourself if you don't have other handcannons on you. But maybe I should just dedicate time to get that Devil You Know then. I like the magsize it has.
