My character does not show up in the app, it is just a black shadow. Does any one know how to help me, any help would be great.

Mine is too I don't think it's supposed to come up

I tried on my friends iPad and it worked so I think it might be the device

I realised the problem you have to click on your psn/gamertag and go into your character. It then shows up with a picture of your guardian.

Where is the psn/gamertag

It's above your black picture. Click on it and then click on your character. It will then come up with a photo of your character.
