We are aware there are some players that are not having a quality experience getting or staying connected to Destiny, even after following the troubleshooting steps. We will be updating the CATTLE/CATERPILLAR, CENTIPEDE, BEE/FLY/LION and BEAVER/FLATWORM/LEOPARD help articles with updates as we investigate.   • It is the 03/11/14 in Melbourne, Australia and I haven't been able to sign on to Destiny on my PS4 since 29/10/14 and I keep getting this message EVERY time I try: "You have lost connection with the Destiny Servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere." What is happening! And how long is going to take to fix?! Oh, yes I forgot, there is also an insulting and useless message underneath the first one: "For more information, visit help.bungie.net." I have been visiting help.bungie.net for DAYS and gotten NOWHERE!! I have contacted PlayStation Support, Australia and although they have tried to help, the problem is obviously with Bungie, yet they will NOT let you contact support directly because that would be HELPFUL!!

  • Are you actually investigating or are you guys just ok with leaving your gamers stranded. This is literally the only game that doesn't consistently work. And what's worse is now my error code changed to baboon, which would mean I'm apparently trying to connect from a mobile hotspot. Too bad I don't have that registering from my phone..

  • Speedtest shows 56 down and 12 up with a 9ms ping No other device cuts out internet when error code Hawk happens When hawk happens I get cut from XBL and reconnected to XBL as soon as I dashboard. Hard wired to modem/router Why is there no information on error code Hawk?

  • so basically, i've been kicked to orbit from different activities such as patrol and missions, for different reasons such as WEASEL and BEE and FLY and MONKEY and... well god knows what else. "so they don't have to comb through garbage to find what they could possibly need" i think you're talking about the players here. we always are cropping through bungie's garbage to get what we paid for.

  • For the past 2 days I have been getting kicked back to orbit. Very Frustrating, I am playing on a PS4 with a NAT 2 connection. I went to the troubleshooting site and that should be all good, so what's going on? I'm sure my Fire Team doesn't appreciate it when I just disappear on them. Anyway, on top of it, I had a unbelievably difficult time finding where to even post a question and I'm still not sure I'm in the right place. I hope somebody can help me with this. Thanks

  • Ever since the last update I have been getting massive BEE disconnects. Since launch my friends have had this issue but I was fortunate to have never encountered it. Nothing on my network changed yet I couldn't go twenty minutes without getting bounced. So I turned to Bungie for help and made every change to my network that they and Microsoft recommend. Now I can't even play the damn game. I get Vulture errors every time I try to log in. So now here I am, I spent all that money for the game and expansions and cannot even play. There is no help out there for my current problem so I have nowhere to turn.

  • The server issues continue. Decided to uninstall and reinstall games. This did not help. Had some time during the day to play and never got kicked off once. Thought my problems were over especially as I noticed a couple of updates come through. Spoke to soon. Back on in the evening and getting kicked out of the Tower. Most common error is Zebra. How can you spend $500 million making a game and yet people can't play it ?

    They don't bc they've lost millions of supporters, me included. I just wanna play the game I paid 60$ for. Once it gets boring (and it will bc I'm not spending $34.99 to buy a another 10% portion of the game that's suppose to be with the $60 version we bought), on to the next one. Bungie/activision = blacklisted

  • After the hot fix patch on 7 October, that was suppose to help with the centipede error I am getting the error even more, it looks like the patch made it even worse. Quite frustrating and I truly hope that you will be able to fix it SOON, and we dont have to wait another month for a patch that doesn't work. PLEASE help us !!! Oh this is on PS4 platform and like I said it feel likes the centipede problem is even worse after the patch!

  • Gamertag: calbridgewater Console: xbox one Problem: repeatedly getting the error message on destiny called 'canary' when being in an online game for 5-10 minutes and i know my connection isn't to blame because I have tried other games that require xbox live and they have worked perfectly with no lag or interruptions and so on… So please let me know ASAP whether you can help me or not, I'm getting quite frustrated about the problem now because ive payed for the game and I know I shouldn't expect the best connection with the amount of people piling on the servers but I would still like to know whether there's any point trying to put my efforts into a crucible game or strike not knowing if I'll disconnect 5 minutes later Please get back to me
