You think there is crying now...
Everyone seems to love complaining about balance issues now, and how they need to nerf / boost x and y. Please keep in mind that this is not like WoW. You cannot simply mash your super button / cast a spell. This game will take knowledge of the levels, talent in aiming specific weapons, and team strategy similar to Halo 2 and 3.
I hope that Bungie and all of the console communities do not cave into the people saying that something is broken and needs a nerf when really its because they got out shot / maneuvered.
Regardless, except lots more crying 9/10/14.

4 RepliesI agree with you. However, there is a point where things do need to be rebalanced. Handcannons definitely needed a buff because they were outclassed by Scout Rifles entirely. Other than that one example though the game is balanced as shit and people should quite whining.

54 RepliesNo. The Real PvP crying will start a week or two later when fully levelled-up, and fully focused-up characters start showing up in The Crucible. ...and they start zipping around and blasting people like warrior-angels. I can hear the screaming all the way back down the timeline.

1 ReplySadly the crying began during the beta and hasn't really stopped. And when you point out the whiners they accuse you of whining. They are a master if their own art and bungie will listen to the vocal minority.

People think Hunters are OP because all they play is Multiplayer and the Hunter is best at Multiplayer. People think Warlocks are OP because they only play Open World/Strikes and Warlock is the best PVE class. Rarley anyone bitches against Titans because Titans are squad oriented death machines. And those who have seen the glory of a perfect fireteam have not lived to speak of it's terror.

But from the tweaks announced from the Alpha/Beta I don't believe you'll have anything to worry about. The interceptor was a bit OP IMHO I racked up way too many cheap kills with that vehicle in the Alpha/Beta. Was it fun? Sure but would I've been upset if tables were turned yea I would have been. So that's a good tweak. I still find no good reason to equip a hand cannon in multiplayer maybe that will change with the retail version. Those are the only tweaks I've seen people talking about and they seem reasonable. So with that I'm confident that Bungie won't tweak every weapon and ruin the balance of a game they've been developing and play testing for years just because of people crying on the forums. #SeeYouStarside

3 RepliesNerfing is what ruined Halo 2 lol! Suddenly guns that were beast in Halo: CE (shotgun) were pieces of crap. All the nice perks such as the plasma rifle's stunning ability or the neddler's strength were nerfed to minimize crying since Halo 2 was finally going to go live... and let's just say the fun was taken out of many guns and vehicles.

Honestly I didn't care if the interceptor was nerfed, but they did make it more skill based instead of just spamming any enemy with constant rockets[spoiler]its still a one shot kill [/spoiler]

It's the Bungie community, there's always crying and complaining. And if you think the current state of the forums constitutes "complaining", then you weren't around for the BR vs AR threads, or anything related to DMR bloom. Or any of the myriad of glitches and exploits in Halo 2 multiplayer.
