Well, in California, smoking is not allowed indoors [I assume there are a few exceptions]

i think thats just stupid if a shop/bar/restaurant owner wants to cater to smokers (e-cigs or not) thats their business, if they want to ban smoking in their place of business thats their right as well. we dont government to tell us how to run our lives
