That's pretty broken logic if you ask me. I think it speaks for itself.
If your child is having trouble differentiating acceptable behaviour from unacceptable, teabagging may be the least of your worries in the foreseeable future.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
