A few years ago, I expressed concern over a tradition you held in high regard in halo reach, known as teabagging. My son, who was 13 at the time (this is his old account), "teabagged" his little sister after they had a fight. He learned it from Halo Reach. I can't find the thread I posted, but I expressed my outrage that this kind of behavior was not only condoned in the halo community, but it actually became an in-game tradition. Now it is my understanding that the halo franchise is no longer owned by your company, so you can't do anything to prevent this "teabagging".
I do wonder however, whether or not such lewd conduct will become a thing in Destiny. I will not let my son purchase it until I know exactly what kind of conduct he will be exposed to. I certainly hope teabagging will only remain exclusive to halo, otherwise I will seriously file a complaint with whatever authorities necessary. This is not something kids should be exposed to. It's one thing to have imaginary violence, it allows our kids to vent their frustrations. It's another thing to teach them that it is perfectly ok to beat somebody up, then rub their genitalia all over their faces.
I hope I posted this in the right place, this website changed since I last used it.

70 RepliesMa'am, we regret to inform you that teabagging is inevitable in most shooters.

2 RepliesThis was a gloriously beautiful troll , i wish i knew your main...

Take it from me, it's dangerous to tea bag people in RL. They hit. Hard. I've been punched in the balls several times for tea bagging people I beat in wrestling matches.
-
This is because you are a lousy parent that obviously pays no attention to what your kids are doing. Try paying attention to your children, maybe even play a game with them. It's your fault, not a video game.
-
I support this.

3 RepliesI said it before Reach and I'll say it again. Spartan/guardians should have defibrillator cups. Whenever a person teabags a dead player, that player should be revived.
-
I would like to point out the game is rated M for a reason.

1 ReplyEdited by ChristGuardian: 6/25/2014 8:40:25 PMFirst:
Online interactions not rated by ESRB
that means "anything can happen. Two: you don't blame a game for your sons actions, the son tea-bagged your daughter, not the game. Third: even if this is fake, I'm telling you now that this may not have been the best place to post this question, and destiny isn't going to have tea-bagging, cause your guardians disappear when they die.

1 ReplyOh the irony of this account's profile pic is to damn high...

1 ReplyYou have to understand one thing. Online enter actions are not rated by the esrb rating system. There for if he plays online he is subject to allot of stuff.

Madam do you plan on shadowing child every where he goes? at school? how about at the office when he starts working? You cant shelter him from the world, but you can prepare him for it. How to handle these things whether confronted by a middle finger at school or slew of threats or cusses at work. The moral high road, or the "this is my response" fists of justice. Either way, he will be prepared by you letting him know what you expect of him and letting him experience things on his own. bad or good exp is what shapes you who you are today. BTW you never told me if your married? what? 9/10 ;)

So she's ok with him hitting his little sister? Just no t-bagging.

1 ReplyI'm not convinced that OP is legit, but... You are worried about your 17 year old son virtually tea-bagging a fallen foe in a video game? Does he still need a sitter while you are away? Is he allowed to use the stove?
-
No offense to you, but if you don't support t-bagging, why do you have that profile picture then?
-
1 ReplyHow about this instead?

Fail troll is fail. Everyone knows moms don't know how to use forums.
-
You can crouch in destiny therefore you can teabag! LET THE TEABAG PARTY START.
-
If you are so concerned don't let your son buy it, guardians are not meant to teabag it is the players mind that chooses to do so, maybe have a chat with your son, or look at what you may be doing wrong, because in this game everything is in your control, what matters if you choose to do it or not.

I support teabagging with a bit of dancing and jumping and a bit of the "sexy man pose" (battlefield 3/4)

If you don't support Teabagging you are a communist who hates freedom.

Aaand this thread is still somehow active. Still no luck, I'm assuming?
