Sorry to hear that. If you are with Virgin then get onto them. If you have the MyVirginMedia app then it will give you the status. Like I said it was COD and Destiny specifically that they had problems with.

Have you cycled the router and restarted everything? They put out a notification yesterday that they had issues with Destiny and COD for a lot of UK users. I got a message on the app saying it was fixed about an hour ago. It’s working for me now.
