A significant number of people, myself included who are based in the UK and use Virgin Media broadband are getting constant Weasel errors and cannot log in to the game at all. Please can this be investigated?

I have been having the same issues for 3 days now, constant connecting to Destiny servers along with Weasel, Chicken and Baboon error codes, when i have managed to get into the game i get kicked out again when i try to do anything other than sit in orbit, Destiny is the only game i am having these issues with. New World, Exoborne and Sea of Thieves all work without any issues.

2 RepliesI'm having the same issue. Started around maybe 9pm yesterday. Not sure if it's connected to the Sundered Doctrine contest. I checked DownDetector and it's showing a significant spike in issues reported for D2 and Virgin broadband around the same time.

3 RepliesJust spoke to Virgin Media for over an hour and half. They are saying if you are not on a Hub 5 router, you may be experiencing issues, but only after I got through to a complaints manager did they tell me this. I am a network engineer so they are trying to make out it’s something to do with my Xbox. Star Trek online also having the same issue, so I doubt it’s the game.

Same. Other VM services and connections are fine, but Destiny and Rainbow Six Seige are giving me issues

Also same. UK. VM. Been over 16 hours now with no solution. Cannot enter game at all after character select screen.

1 ReplyAdding myself to this list too as a Virgin Media Customer in the UK, started happening around 10:30 last night, and I found streamers and other players were fine so VM is the only correlation I have found.

2 RepliesAlso having problems connecting, UK Based with Virgin Media, Started just after 11:30pm with constant Contacting Destiny Servers then after 10mins was disconnected and now get errors right before character screen or just after selecting one. Hopefully this doesn't take to long to fix.

Same issues here in Sandyt Beds, UK. Have logged into VM account and VM showing that broadband issues in my area. VM states this - "Connection to Call of Duty and Destiny gaming servers may be unavailable for some Virgin Media broadband customers. We're currently investigating this issue and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible". Estimated fix time 7.02pm!

Works when using a VPN, no issue logging in. Get weasled without the VPN.
