Never received Items for Pre-Order/Deluxe Final Shape.
So I am under the impression that you are only able to obtain the Pyramidic Vessel if you Pre-Order Final Shape. However I have recently purchased Final Shape and so has a friend, my friend purchased his copy after I purchased mine, and he was able to receive all of the Pre-Order items. What are the conditions for Pre-Order? Is there any way I can get support on this concern/issue?

Normally preorder bonuses are only given to those that preordered before release. Sounds like your friend preordered before the dlc dropped.

3 RepliesEdited by jhermannITJ: 7/24/2024 9:10:33 PMDid you check the kiosk? There's a kiosk in between Banshee (Weaponmaster) and Rahool (Engrams)... where you pick up that stuff. Also make sure everything is downloaded, when I buy an emote pack... I always have to manually download and install it after I buy it. It could be the case that something didn't automatically install with the other stuff.
