Trials and competitive rewards should be cosmetic. Making the best guns exclusive to the best players only creates a bigger "skill" gap, and incentiveses cheating and carries.
Stop removing maps. Why is this even a thing? Give them all back. Gambit maps too. Fire whoever made this decision.
No reason snipers should be able to 1 shot to the body. Good for streamer montage videos but bad for the game. Too many damage mods now. Cap sniper body damage.

Edited by Sas: 10/18/2023 6:22:54 AMThe difference between an Adept weapon and its normal counterpart is irrelevant in the hands of most players, even those that get to the lighthouse. I think there benefit from improving basics like positioning, aim, reactions, teamwork, grants you MUCH higher yield than an adept mod. Adept weapons are fun and all, but they are probably not going to make much difference for someone who isn't already easily getting to the lighthouse. Coming from someone who doesn't go to the lighthouse.

I regularly go flawless with my cryostesia and far future. The skill gap will exist no matter what you're using.
