This is probably not the reason but worth noting anyway.
I have seen reports of Xbox overheating , might make sure your vent on the back is clear and nothing preventing venting of heat from the top.

Jesus my kitten sleeps on my xbox coz she like the heat... that -blam!- be getting kicked off from now on 👊🏻🤣

If they’re blocking the vent=bad If Xbox is horizontal and laying on top then an additional heat sync.

This is a good thought and I also thought this could be a thing. However, because of winter the room is fairly cool and the Xbox has good ventilation. I will monitor this though.
