Midwest here as well. I’ve even tried resetting my PS4 to default settings and doing the entire setup/login all over and NOPE. Centipede.

I live in KY and keep getting the Centipede error code as well. I even have 2 ISP's supplying internet into my house (AT&T and Spectrum) and it certainly is not an ISP issue.
