Leveling the weapons is the only thing they got right with Weapon Crafting.
The 3 fixes that would greatly help IMHO.
1: The resource caps need to be removed or at the very least doubled.
2: Once you unlock a perk it should stay unlocked.
3: Banshee's(a freaking Gunsmith) bounties should reward crafting resources.
