It wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to get 4000 kills with a weapon just to unlock the perks you want to use and the materials needed for enhanced perks weren't so stingy. This is way worse than the D1 weapon perk unlock system... at least I could just use motes of light to unlock perks faster.
