General Support Contact
Is there anywhere to submit general requests for game support? I can’t find anywhere through all the various forums and forms.
I lost 25 upgrade modules from my Postmaster. They just disappeared. I’d like to ask someone to look at my account to see what happened.
I did not retrieve or discard them, my PM is never full… they just disappeared.
Any help is appreciated.

3 RepliesHello there, The forums are the support for the game, there is not a direct contact method. Postmaster is not meant for long term storage. Items in it are subject to deletion at any time for numerous reasons including: lack of space, daily or weekly reset, updates, or maintenance etc. Unfortunately, Bungie does not restore lost or deleted items or characters. Bungie has stated on so many occasions, DO NOT use the postmaster for storage or you risk losing items, This is avoidable if you just used an app like Dim or Ishtar where you can drag items from your postmaster to your character and then dismantle them.
